How the map works
Why distance shows up in the schedule
Asphalt work travels heavy. A sealcoat job arrives on a tank truck, striping arrives on its own rig, and paving brings a paver, rollers and haul trucks. Moving that iron is a real part of any job, which is why a lot three hours out is planned differently from one twenty minutes from the yard. It is not a question of whether the crew will come. It is a question of what else is happening in that direction the same week.
Central Arkansas is the ground we work out of Hattieville, so scheduling there is mostly a matter of weather and your own trading hours. Northwest Arkansas is roughly three hours away, and jobs there tend to be planned around each other rather than one at a time. If your property sits up that way, the useful thing to tell us early is your flexibility on dates.
What sets the date
Weather decides more than the calendar
Two of the seven services will not go down on demand. Sealer is a water-based emulsion that cures by the water leaving, so it needs the surface and the air above roughly 50 degrees and rising, and it needs them to hold while the coat sets. Rain inside that window lifts an uncured coat straight off. Traffic paint has its own dry time and its own sensitivity to humidity. Crack filling and patching are far less fussy, and paving sits in between.
That is why a sealcoat and stripe booked for a Tuesday can move to the Thursday, and why we would rather tell you that up front than promise a date the weather does not owe us. The work that is least weather-bound is usually the work that is most urgent anyway: a failed section or an open crack does not wait for a dry week.
If your property is not on the list
The towns above are where the crew runs most weeks. They are a working range, not a boundary, and the line moves with what else is booked nearby. A property a little outside them is usually a question of timing rather than a no.
Size moves it too. Sending a crew out for one small driveway two hours away is a different proposition from a commercial lot, or from several properties in the same town that can be done on one trip. If you manage more than one site, say so on the first call; it often changes the answer.
Either way the estimate is free and it happens on your ground. Commercial asphalt is priced off the surface itself, so nobody can tell you what your lot needs, or whether it is worth the trip, until someone has stood on it.

Brice Contracting did a great job sealcoating our driveway. Prompt, efficient, good communication, good price, thank you gentlemen!
Austin and his team communicated clearly on how repairs and seal coating would be done. This was a large project. They stayed within budget and had exceptional follow up.
Brice did an excellent job redoing our church parking lot, it looks so nice and clean. I highly recommend Brice Contracting for your job!
We needed some speed bumps installed in our parking lot. Brice made sure all of our needs were met, and went the extra mile to make us satisfied. His crew was timely, clean, and polite. On top of that, the work was done at a great price. Highly recommend.
Quality Work and Excellent Service! Austin was very communicative while developing the plan and executing the work.
Austin and Ethan showed up earlier than expected and took so much pride in their work. It looks amazing.

Questions about coverage
What towns do you serve?
Little Rock, Conway, Morrilton, Greenbrier and Hattieville are the core, and the crew runs to nineteen towns in all across Arkansas. The full list is on the Where we work page.
What if my town is not on the list?
Call anyway. The list is where we work most, not a fence. If the job makes sense we will tell you, and if it does not we will say so.
Ready to get your lot looked at?
Call or text, or send the property details and someone will set a time to walk it. You get a response the same day. Commercial asphalt is priced off the surface itself, so the estimate happens on your ground and it is free.
