How do I know if our lot needs repaving or just repair?
Look at what the cracking is doing. Separate lines are usually surface cracking, and those get cleaned and filled. An interconnected pattern means the base underneath has given way, and that section comes out and gets rebuilt. Most lots have both, in different places, which is why the quote follows a walk of the property.
Do you manage more than one property at a time?
Yes, and it often changes the answer on scheduling. Several properties in the same area can frequently be done on one trip, which is worth mentioning on the first call.
We keep patching the same spot and it keeps failing. What are we missing?
Something under the patch. A repair that fails repeatedly in one place says the cause is below the surface: base that has lost its strength, water arriving from somewhere, or a load the section was never built to carry. New material laid on top of any of those has a short life by definition. The useful step is to open the area to full depth and deal with what is under it, once.
Can a restripe change our layout, or does it have to follow the old lines?
It can change, and on an older lot that is usually the point. The lines can be reset for the vehicles that park there now: wider stalls, aisles with room to turn, and delivery access that does not send a truck across three empty spaces. You may finish with slightly fewer stalls. What you get back is a lot that stops wearing itself out in the corners where drivers have no choice.
