Who we are

What we collect when you contact us
Our quote form asks for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, company or property name, the address of the property, which service you need and a short description of the job. We collect exactly what you type. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and we never ask for them by email.
What we collect automatically
When you arrive from an ad or a search result, our pages record how you got here: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid). These are held in your browser and submitted with the form so we can tell which advertising actually produces work. We also load Google Tag Manager, which is the container we use to manage measurement tags on this site.
Our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare processes technical data to make that check.
What we do with it
Form submissions reach us by email and are stored so we can respond, schedule a site visit, quote the work and keep a record of the job. We use the campaign and click data in aggregate to judge which advertising is worth continuing. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people and services needed to run this business and answer your inquiry.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as we have a working relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop the form or the phone number working. You can also opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
