What this site is
The site describes the pavement services we offer and how to reach us. It is information, not an offer of contract. Nothing here is a quote. Commercial asphalt work is priced after someone walks the lot, so any figure or scope becomes binding only in a written quote we give you for your specific property.
Accuracy
We keep the information here current and correct as best we can, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or free of error, and guidance on this site is general rather than an assessment of your particular surface. Sealcoating and striping in particular depend on weather and on the condition of the existing pavement.
Our work and photography
Photographs on this site show work carried out by our crews. Some equipment in those photos carries Brice Contracting branding, which is the same company under its other trading name.
