One crew, one surface
A contractor who only paves has one answer for every lot, and it is the most expensive one. Covering the whole cycle means the honest answer is sometimes that the lot does not need repaving yet.

The order is not negotiable
Failed sections come out first, cracks are cleaned and filled next, sealer goes over asphalt that is sound, and paint goes on last once the seal has cured. Out of order, the work is wasted.

If the lot needs patching and striping, that is one trip out rather than two, and one set of closures for your tenants instead of two.

How does pricing work?
Commercial asphalt is priced off the lot itself, so we quote after a site visit rather than over the phone. Square footage, the condition of the surface and how much of it needs work all move the number. Call (501) 208-3393 or send the form and we will arrange a time to walk it.
Do you still do land clearing and excavation?
Those moved to our sister company, Brice Contracting, which is the same crew and the same owner working from the same yard. For dirt work, site prep, grading or land clearing, go to bricecontracting.work.
